With over 20 years of experience, Nicholas J. Mundy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, New Jersey and several United States Federal District Courts and federal Immigration Courts since 1994. He is also admitted to practice as an attorney before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as numerous Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals including the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 9th Circuits. Mr. Mundy is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the International and Comparative Law Program at Oxford University, England. Although Mr. Mundy practices law throughout the country, his primary office remains located in Brooklyn, New York where he was born and raised. Throughout his career, Mr. Mundy has successfully litigated and/or negotiated countless civil and criminal matters in a wide array of practice areas in State and Federal Court for individuals and companies both small and large. He has devoted a substantial portion of career to dealing with the complicated issues presented by the complex and constantly changing immigration laws of the United States.
